I Wasn't Lucky Enough to See It

One year and 3 months ago I met this sweet little boy, we learned that day he was known by the name of Joel.  I remember thinking how cute he was.

I wasn't lucky enough to see it that day.....but McKade was.

I am not sure if I wasn't listening or wasn't quite ready to listen but I didn't see my son in the room that day.

Luckily, McKade saw his brother, their hearts connected, their souls spoke.

I am so thankful my sweet McKade was listening.

Can't wait until we are the ones receiving his sweet hugs again.
