Lets start at the Orange County Swapmeet...
All my life, well since age 10, we have been starting our California trip out at the Orange County Swapmeet. Why? Its just fun. Its not like our swapmeets, all the stuff is new. Friday night Jeff got off work at 4PM and we headed to Las Vegas. Saturday we got up at 5am and headed to Orange County where we met my mom and dad, Sterling and his family and Ginny and her family for a fun day at the swapmeet. Mc loved the bouncy houses and slides and loved the cheap toys he bought with the money he had saved for the trip ($26.00). He eared that money after we started a swear jar awhile back. Jeff contributed about $20.00 to the bank and Nikki and I made up the rest. Each swear word costs you .05 cents. So, Mc enjoyed the day but was ready to leave and head to the beach. We tried to go to Newport but it was so crowded we headed down to San Diego where we stayed for a week at Solana Beach.
I had to include this picture of Kati, my niece, she looks like a professional Swapmeet shopper with her outfit and purchases. She chose this luggage as one of her birthday presents. I chuckled because she looks like the lady who lives for the Saturday swapmeet!!
